SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Personal property and casualty insurance broker’s license;

  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain good relationships with colleagues.s;
  • Ability to manage the short deadlines of certain requests;
  • Meticulousness, dynamism, organization, punctuality and discretion;
  • Knowledge of Outlook and Power Broker software and Intact, RSA and l’Unique’s portals.
WORKING CONDITIONS: The work schedule is 37 hours per week, in our Laval office.

  • Commercial property and casualty insurance broker’s licence;
  • Proficient knowledge of French and English (oral and written);
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain good relationships with colleagues.

  • Meticulousness, dynamism, organization, punctuality and discretion;
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Policy Works software.
WORKING CONDITIONS: The work schedule is 37 hours per week in our Laval office. SALARY RANGE Base salary plus commissions
FUNCTION:
Provide assistance to technical assistants in the day-to-day management of their clients, particularly with respect to the issuance of bonds.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Issuance of bid bonds for BSDQ (Quebec Bid Depository System) files;
  • Follow up on authorizations of the guarantor and their treatment;
  • Request client submission results and treatments;
  • Physical filing of bonds;
  • ICS/Dicom Mail;
  • Distribution of faxes and e-mails from the surety bond counter.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Diploma in secretarial work is an asset;
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet;
  • Must be able to type at a minimum of 50 words/minute;
  • Excellent spoken and written French;
  • Good spoken and written English;
  • Sense of responsibility and organization;
  • Meticulousness, dynamism and discretion.
WORKING CONDITIONS: The work schedule is 37 hours per week in our Laval office. SALARY RANGE Between $30,000 and $38,000 (depending on experience)
